As I sit here already having withdrawals from the lack of the NCAA tournament the past few days, I actually realized that there are actually other things going on in the world of sports...
Jose Canseco is back in the news. Who cares? No one believes a word he says. He supposedly loves the game of baseball, yet he repeatedly tries to flip the game upside down. I am pretty sure that everyone realizes that Canseco is just bitter because he feels, in his opinion, that he was "blackballed" by baseball because no one would sign him so that he could try and eclipse the 500 homerun mark. Now he is trying to bring down baseball, but no one believes him. Good luck with that Jose.
Tiger Woods went off on Sunday. During his back swing on one hole a photographer snaps a shot of him which apparently threw Tiger's shot off and sent him on an obscenity-laced tirade which continued after the he left the green. Tiger is the number one player in the world, but the small click of a camera messes up his swing? I did not realize that golfers were so easily distracted. Who would have guessed.
